| 仕事内容 | Job Overview: We're hiring a EHS Analyst for Kawasaki HQ, reporting to Director, Engineering, Automotive Japan and ASEAN. This role will closely work with EHS management team in China, Japan, ASEAN and Korea, as well as other key function team such as operations, engineering. Responsibilities: 1. Focus on EHS legal compliance 2. Good communication, coordination, and leadership to develop EHS performance by working with relevant functions 3. Coordinate and communicate with government agency to obtain the necessary permit related to EHS 4. Lead to implement the annual plan 5. Continuously onsite observation to identify the EHS risks and track to be improved 6. Make sure ISO 14001, ISO 45001 management system implement effectively and keep continuously improvement 7. Be familiar with IH (Industrial Hygiene) management, such as hearing conservation 8. Focus on chemical management, especially the high toxic chemical management 9. Be responsible for managing pollution prevention, energy saving and hazardous waste management & minimization 10. Develop and conduct the site-specific EHS training program 11. Maintain and continuously improve the EHS program of JSA (Job Safety Analysis), BBS (Behavior Based Safety), Ergonomics etc. 12. Emergency and Crisis / BCP Management, regularly training and exercises 13. Other tasks assigned by the EHS manager. 仕事の概要：川崎本社のEHSアナリストを募集しています。 Engineering, Automotive Japan and ASEANのディレクターです。 中国、日本、ASEAN、韓国のEHS管理チームと、オペレーション、エンジニアリングなどの主要な機能チームと密に連携します。 職務内容： 1EHS法令遵守に注力 2関連部署と協力し、EHSパフォーマンスの向上をリードするために、コミュニケーションと調整、リーダーシップを発揮 3政府機関と連携し、EHS関連の必要な許可を取得 4年間計画の実施をリード 5現地での観察を継続的に行い、EHSリスクを特定し、改善を追跡 6 ISO 14001、ISO 45001の管理システムが効果的に実施され、継続的な改善が行われることを確認 7職業衛生（IH）の管理に精通し、例えば聴力保護など。 8化学物質の管理に焦点を当て、特に高毒性化学物質の管理について対応 9汚染防止、省エネ、有害廃棄物の管理と最小化を担当 10現地特有のEHSトレーニングプログラムを開発・実施 11JSA（Job Safety Analysis）、BBS（Behavior Based Safety）、エルゴノミクスなどのEHSプログラムを維持し、継続的に改善 12緊急事態と危機/BCP（事業継続計画）管理を担当し、定期的なトレーニングと演習を実施する。 13EHSマネージャーによって割り当てられたその他のタスク |

| 対象となる方 | Qualifications: 1. Bachelor's degree or above 2. More than 5 years’ experience in a multinational manufacturing company 3. EHS knowledges and business experiences 4. Familiar with laws and regulations of local government and administrative bureaus in EHS area 5. Industry experiences in MFG (mechanical, electronics, chemical, etc) 6. Strong leadership, responsibility, and initiative 7. Good communication and coordination ability. 8. Strong communication skill needed with cross-country team 9. Pro-active and fast speed of learning skill 10. Travel expected, especially within Asia-Pacific region 11. Fluent Japanese and intermediate English are required, other language such as Chinese/Korean would be good plus 応募資格： 1.学士号以上の学位 2.多国籍製造会社での5年以上の経験 3.EHS（環境、健康、安全）の知識とビジネス経験 4.地方自治体および行政機関のEHS分野の法律および規制に精通している 5.MFG（機械、電子、化学など）の業界経験 6.強力なリーダーシップ、責任感、自発性 7.良好なコミュニケーションおよび調整能力 8.複数の国のチームとの強力なコミュニケーション能力が必要 9.前向きな姿勢と学習スピードの速さ 10.アジア太平洋地域内を中心に、出張が予想されます 11.流暢な日本語と中級の英語が必要で、中国語や韓国語など他の言語があれば尚良い 英語力 (TOEIC): TOEIC600点以上、海外とのやり取りあり 英文履歴書提出の有無: あり(海外との面接が入る為。 |
